 | | In the department of COTES D'ARMOR (BRITTANY region) a large GITE (HOUSE) for up to 12 people !
I will be pleased to welcome you in the well-known area of the Cotes d'Armor called "The Tregor", between sea, rivers, and rural countryside. The building was the village school before it was turned into a gite, and is attached to an old convent. Yet it is totally independent.
A nice place to enjoy your holiday with family or friends ! Long, short stays, even week-ends are possible!
Lots of famous touristic spots in the area : you are 25 km away from the famous "pink granite coast"(Perros-Guirec area), not far from the footpaths that follow the whole coast, from the " Brehat Island"…

The village of Pedernec is only 1km off the main road going to Lannion( 22km away), is 25 km away from Perros-guirec and its beaches, 13 km from Guingamp, 4 km from Bégard (shops and leisure park (water sports))
Ideal central location to discover the area: the coast, the flowery villages, the nice historical small cities
The gîte being the former school, it is at the centre of the village (shops)
The" Clévacances" label (2 keys) , as well as the label given by the touristic offices (3 stars) have been awarded to the gîte
Accomodation: up to 12 people, plus 3 children (up to 5)

On the ground floor:
- One large room including kitchen , dining-room, sitting-room

- 2 bedrooms with one double bed, and baby cots in each of them (plus one shower+basin in one)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 mezzanine with a convertible sofa for two people
- 1 bathroom (shower)

- changing mat, with bath

- trotter for baby
If you rent the gîte, you van also get an extra-room (2 narrow beds 0.8mX2 m), with private bathroom in at the owner's house 50m away: 35 euros per night ( without breakfast)
EXCEPT during SCHOOL HOLIDAYS (week rental only), I will be pleased to welcome you for a week-end or a short stay.
The gîte is well-equipped, you will find everything necessary to prepare your meals. That's also why breakfasts are not included.
The whole gîte: for( minimum ) Two nights:350 euros (35 euros per person for the whole week-end, if 10 people)
PRICE PER WEEK:
In July/august: 990 euros
May/June/September: 790 euros
Rest of the year : 690 euros
From October 1st to Mai 15th : Plus 55 euros for participation to heating
TO BOOK: 30% of the total fee
OUR PRICES INCLUDE :
- the cleaning at the end of your stay
- -the bed-linen and towels
PAYMENT: : cash or bank transfer for our guests from abroad
